Traditional, and Elegant Wedding
Our Lady of Mercy
Yesenia & Samuel
June 26, 2021
When I first met Yesenia we were chatting over the phone about all things wedding. I could feel her excitement through the laugh in her voice. Now, after knowing her a little bit longer, I know that part of that is because of her love for Samuel, and part of it is her bubbly personality. I knew in that moment we would get along well. She couldn’t stop talking about how excited she was for the wedding to come and had only good things to share about her fiancé.
The day of their ceremony was picture perfect, as I witnessed these two in a beautiful church ceremony pledge their vows to one another in one of the most beautiful ceremony's I have seen. Father John gave an exceptional ceremony, so touching, and so personal. A ceremony I will never forget. During the church ceremony you couldn't help but notice the twinkly lights and the sunshine spilling through the stain glass windows. It was a record day for all time heart, but I bet you can’t tell in these photos that everyone had hand held fan given to them as a gift from the bride and groom, and were fanning themselves between the photos. But that didn’t put a damper on their wedding day. Samuel helped keep Yesenia smiling (or with happy tears) all day long and never failed to remind her how glad he was to be calling her his.
From first taking their engagement photos to being there on their wedding day honored is an understatement. I’m so happy for them and I can’t wait to see what else is in store for Mr. & Mrs. Lopez.
These two, and their families. What a beautiful celebration, full of so many heart felt moments. The whole day was absolutely beautiful
